ContentLock for iPhone: reliable protection of media content

Squbo.ru announces the release of a new iPhone application. ContentLock allows users to protect their media content without setting a password on the entire phone.

It's not a secret that iPhone allows its users to create and store large amounts of media content: photos, videos, audio files and so on. However, if an iPhone contains information that is not intended for anybody else but its owner, he or she may end up being in a very awkward situation when the device eventually gets into somebody else's hands. ContentLock from Squbo.ru is one of the most elegant and affordable applications for iPhone content protection. With this app iPhone owners can now quickly and reliably block access to any types of media - hide photos, music and video files (stored in the phone memory or used by applications), files stored in the iTunes gallery, as well as sound files in a variety of formats. The program also lets its users import files from iTunes or delete all unnecessary data.

Price and terms of use
ContentLock can be downloaded from the App Store. The application is distributed as shareware, but the free version limits the number of files that can be protected by the program (3 per section). The full version of the application costs only $1.99.

ContentLock requires iOS 4.1+ for correct operation.
